A free team hub for Hack Club Haven organisers in any city. Every organiser gets their own task list with proof and reminders over Telegram or email, the leads get a dashboard, and the event gets a public page and an Apply page in English, Uzbek and Russian.
It runs on a Google Sheet you own, or on its own small server, which is how haventash.xyz runs. I shipped versions 4.0 to 5.1 in five days, because our team needed it.

4Why
Organising Haven means 14 people and a lot of tasks with deadlines. So each person sees only their own tasks with the steps, the deadline and who to ask, presses Start, Done (with proof) or I'm blocked, and gets a reminder the evening before. The leads see everything.
5The demo
The demo runs the real back end in your browser against a fake Google Sheet with a made-up team, so you can click everything and nothing gets sent anywhere.
